By accessing or using my-booking ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
my-booking provides scheduling and booking management tools for solo professionals. Features include public booking pages, calendar sync, video conferencing integration, and payment collection.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with the proper operation of the Service
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of my-booking. Your content (event types, booking data) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your Account settings.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my-booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
